Autumn cake-shifter with pears and plums


Ingredients:

Butter— 200 g
Sugar — 150 g + 1 tbsp
Curd — 200 g of cottage cheese
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Vanilla essence — 1 tsp
Flour — 250 g
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Soda — 1/4 tsp
Medium pear — 2-3 PCs.
Plums — 8-10 PCs.

Preparation:

1. Oil whisk with sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the cheese and whisk again.
3. Add vanilla essence and eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add the sifted with soda and baking powder in the flour, kneading the dough.
4. From plums remove the seeds from the pears, remove the peel and cut out the middle of it. All cut into slices.
5. Form grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar the bottom. Put plums and pears. Put the dough on top and even out.
6. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until dry matches, about 45-50 minutes.
7. The pie is still hot, turn over onto a plate and cool.
