Banana pudding

Banana Pudding is an amazing dessert originally from the United States, consisting of pudding, cookies and bananas. The pudding is not inferior to store-bought and no chemicals!

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 C milk
70 g of sugar
1 tbsp flour (with good slide, how much)

2 tsp of starch
a pinch of vanillin
2 yolks
14 biscuits (they must be light, easy is an absorbent. ideally American wafer cookies)
2 banana

Preparation:
The milk will heat up, but don't let boil. Lightly whisk the egg yolks with a whisk and pouring to them about a quarter of the heated milk, continuing to interfere. Pour the mixture of egg yolks and milk in a pre-mixed dry ingredients, and beat with a whisk in the saucepan with the remaining milk.
Stirring cook on medium heat until thick. Remove. Allow to cool down (the pudding will thicken a little more) under cover (to prevent formation of films).
Meanwhile, cook the molds, the bottom of which we will lay cookies and sliced bananas. Fill with pudding. Put a couple of cookies and slices of banana and pour the remaining pudding. Depending on the molds you can make several layers alternating cookies-banana-pudding.
Decorate (often in these purposes use whipped cream).
