Crab puff salad

Ingredients:
Packing of crab sticks (200 g)
5 potatoes
4 carrots
5 eggs

mayonnaise

Preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
2. Separate egg white from the yolk and finely grate the protein.
3. Finely chop the crab sticks.

Now lay out the layers of lettuce, mayonnaise promazyvaya each layer, in the following order:

1st layer - half a potato
2nd layer - crab sticks
3rd layer - grated egg whites
4th layer - the remaining potatoes
5-th layer - carrots with mayonnaise
