Cottage cheese cake "Magic"

Ingredients:
700 gr of cottage cheese
1 Cup raisins
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup sour cream
40 g of gelatin

3 cups pasteurized milk
1 Cup of walnuts
vanilla (to taste)
2 Mandarin
2 kiwi
canned pineapples and peaches

Preparation:

1. Gelatin pour 1 glass of milk, leave for 30-40 minutes to swell, then dissolve over low heat the remaining hot milk, without bringing the mixture to a boil.
2. Raisins pour boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes, then drain in a sieve, Pat dry. Nuts are coarsely chopped.
3. Curd proteret, mix with sugar, sour cream, raisins and nuts, season to taste with vanilla. Add jelly mixture, mix well.
4. On the bottom of a split form to lay out slices of Mandarin, pour part cooked cheese mixture. On top lay the slices of kiwi, again pour the mixture. To stack rings or pineapple slices, pour the mixture, put a layer of sliced peaches, again pour the mixture. Repeat layers 2-3 times. Fruits should not be stacked tightly to each other so that layers are better fresh.
5. To remove the cake in the fridge for 3-4 hours, until fully cured. When submitting optionally sprinkle with grated chocolate, coconut.
