Turkey fillet with rice noodles, vegetables and teriyaki sauce


Ingredients:


- 1 Turkey fillet
- 2 medium bulbs
- 1,5 medium-sized carrots
- 2/3 of the average radish
- 2 salad pepper
- rice noodles

- teriyaki sauce
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper, ground pepper, ground Chile

Preparation:


Cut onion into half rings and sent to wok with hot vegetable oil.

Carrots shinkuem strips.

Parboil onions until translucent, add carrots and parboil for 5-7 minutes, then add shredded lettuce sweet pepper and radish, parboil for about 5 minutes and add the sliced Turkey breast.

Bring over medium heat, stirring, until cooked Turkey meat.
Separately boil the rice noodles and sent it into the wok for meat and vegetables, add the teriyaki sauce, taste for salt, pepper (for sharpness you can add more Chile) and, stirring constantly, cook another 3-4 minutes.
