Scrambled eggs in tomato



In tomatoes, cut the tip and use a teaspoon to choose the flesh. Inside each tomato to drive the egg, add salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes grate the Cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle on top of egg and bake another 5 minutes. Garnish with greens.

Ingredients

Tomatoes 2 large sturdy pieces
Eggs 2 pieces
Cheese 50 grams
salt pepper, herbs
