Chicken cutlets in French

They are so tasty,tender and juicy that just melt in your mouth.And if you add the sour cream,they will be very tender,incredibly tasty and delicious!To cook them is very easy,fast and very simple.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (chicken breast fillet) — 1 kg (4 PCs.)
Eggs — 3-4 PCs.
Sour cream — 3-4 tablespoons
Flour —3-4 tbsp.

Garlic — 3 cloves
Green onions to taste
Salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
Preparation:
Chicken fillet wash and dry.Cut into small cubes (about 5 mm*5 mm). Fillet season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add the eggs and squeeze the garlic. To the mixture add sour cream,herbs,flour. All mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The consistency of the batter for chicken cutlets is supposed to be quite liquid, like a batter.In a heated pan, pour a little sunflower oil and spreading the mixture using a table spoon, fry until Golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes) on medium heat.Chicken cutlets in French is ready! Serve with favorite side dish.
